ADA Accessible
We are committed to making reasonable modifications to our policies, practices and procedures to avoid discrimination and ensure programs and services are accessible to individuals with disabilities. All vehicles are equipped with either a ramp or lift for accessibility needs.
Veteran Rider Program
As proud supporters of our soldier’s sacrifices, we offer subsidized rides at no cost to veterans. In order for the ride to be considered a “Veteran Ride”, the veteran must provide valid proof of veteran status. Common forms of proof include: DD-214 • Military ID Card • VA Issued ID Card • Veterans Designation on Driver’s License or State Veterans ID Card. Once proof of Veteran status is provided, a copy is kept on file at JDCT, and the veteran will not have to present it again.
Demand Response
As defined by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), demand response refers to any non-fixed route transportation service where riders must request service in advance. These services are characterized by vehicles not operating on a fixed schedule or route. This may involve picking up multiple passengers at different locations before taking them to their destinations.
